Refund policy

All ESVYNails sales are final. Due to the nature of the products, returns or exchanges are not allowed. No refunds. No Exceptions. All sales are final. Unless there is a manufacturer defect. ESVYNails MUST be notified within 24 hours of your shipment arrival date if there is a mistake on our part. 

Chargebacks & Disputes

Please contact us by e-mail before opening a merchant chargeback or payment dispute, as we can generally resolve the issue before that takes place. Any chargebacks and disputes disable our ability to issue refunds or credits due to funds being frozen.

 

Cancellations

Once an item has been shipped, it is no longer in our hands and cannot be canceled. You may only cancel an order if the order has not already been fulfilled.

Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
