Shipping

Please allow 1-2 business days in order for us to process and ship your orders out.

We do not ship and are closed on holidays. All orders placed on the weekend will be shipped out on the following business days.

 

 

Incomplete / Wrong Address / Lost-In-Transit

If your package is returned to our warehouse due to incomplete or incorrect provided address, you can either choose a refund for the product minus the shipping charge, or we can re-ship the product to your correctly provided address for an additional shipping charge.

ESVY Nails is not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect or incomplete address that was provided at the time of checkout. 

ESVY Nails is not liable for any lost or stolen packages under any circumstances. If your item has been lost-in-transit, please contact your carrier service, which will have more information regarding the transit of your package(s).

Once a package is handed over to the shipping service, we are no longer responsible for the whereabouts of the package, please contact your carrier service, which will have more information regarding the transit of your package(s).

 

 

Where did my order go?

Once your order is placed, you will be sent a confirmation email. Your order will typically ship within 1-2 business days. You will then receive an email with your tracking information.

If you didn't receive an email, please check your junk mail folder and/or check to see that you're using the same email you placed your order with.

International Orders - Taxes & Duties

ESVYNails is not liable for any international custom duties under any circumstances. Be sure to review this information prior to placing your order as you are agreeing to these terms by placing an order with ESVYNails.
